We collect information, including Personal Information, when you:
- register an account on the Service
- log into the Service with social networking credentials
- subscribe to the Service or our newsletter

Device Information. We gather information about the ser device, like IP-adress, installed app versions, available storage & memory, operating system version and device identifier
Subscriptions. If you obtain a Subscription to the Service, then we will ask you to provide your payment information, such as your credit card number, so our service providers can process your payments for the Service.
Location Information. We may obtain information about physical location by checking the geo data from your device. We use location information to provide individual content and realize geolock to comply with content licenses. Furthermore we provide you recommendation and advertising based on your location.
Information from Third Parties. We may collect information about you, including Personal Information, from third parties, such as
other users who share information about you with us on the Service. For example, we may receive
information about you, including Personal Information, when another user allows us to upload your
contact information to the Service
Audio record. For audio recording we may request the microphone permission to record audio from the devices
line-out. The recorded files are stored locally on the users-device and not transmitted anywhere else.
Phone call information. For providing proper audio transmission, we use the phone recognition to interrupt the playback on
incoming calls and continue them afterwards. We do not collect or store any further phone calls details.
Using the Service
When you use the Service, we collect information about the stations, content and people that you
follow (collectively, “Follow Lists”), your echoes, any content or information that you Post on the
Service and any other information resulting from your use of the Service that is publicly accessible by
other Users (collectively, “Public Information”).
If you give us permission to import to the Service the contacts from any email account associated
with your account, then we will collect information about your contacts.
We may obtain information about your physical location at regular intervals when you use the
Service, such as by use of GPS and other geolocation features in the device(s) through which you
access the Service, or by inference from other information we collect (for example, your IP address
indicates the general geographic region from which you are connecting to the Internet).
Automatic Data Collection
When you use the Service, we automatically collect information about your usage activities. For
example, this may include information about the stations, artists or channels you listen to, your
views of other Users’ profiles, your searches for friends or stations and your other actions and
interactions with other Users or content on the Service.

When you visit the Service, we and our third party service providers receive and record information
on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, and from cookies and similar
technology. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use
both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your
